A: We pack and store furniture, electronics, artwork, documents, clothing, kitchenware, and personal belongings. Items that cannot be safely cleaned may be documented for insurance purposes. We assess everything before removal.

Q: How long will my belongings be in storage?

A: Storage duration depends on the scope of restoration. Small projects may take a few weeks, while major reconstruction can take several months. We keep you informed and coordinate returns once your property is ready.

Q: Are my belongings insured while in storage?

A: Your homeowner’s or business insurance typically extends coverage to belongings during professional packout and storage. We document every item with photos and inventory records to support any claim.

Q: Can you clean items damaged by smoke or water?

A: Yes. We clean and restore many items affected by smoke residue, water exposure, or mold. Items that cannot be restored are documented and reported to your adjuster for claim evaluation.

Q: How do you keep track of everything?

A: Every item is inventoried, photographed, and labeled before leaving your property. You receive documentation of what was removed, and our team tracks everything from pickup through return to your restored home or business.
